Refund policy

At Organic Wave Wellness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read through our return policy below for more details.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned directly to the retailer, following their return policy.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at hello@organicwavewellness.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if your return meets our eligibility requirements. You will receive instructions on how to ship your product back to us.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, send the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
